Today is Tuesday. Yesterday was one for the books, for sure. I got up at noon, was up two hours, then took a two hour nap, was up two hours, then took another two hour nap. I was up for three hours, then went to bed for the night. David asked me if I was going to go to bed already and I said “yes, I’ve been awake for seven hours!”. I slept for 9 1/2 hours last night, and I’m ready for another nap now. He has gone to meet Courtney to pick up our six year old grandson, so I better get my nap in now. I’m going to need it. He’s going to stay with us until New Year’s.
Tranquilizers only work if you follow the advice on the label: keep away from children.
He keeps us hopping for sure. I feel my age when he’s around. I am getting old. You know you’re getting old, when they discontinue your blood type.
My oncologist called today and set up an appointment for me to have my January infusion. I will have it when I get back from MD Anderson in Houston. The sarcoma specialist office called me from MD Anderson and set up an appointment in January, Friday the 13th. I hate that day. That’s the date I found out that I really did have cancer two years ago.
I need a new calendar. I’m getting all these appointments in January and I have nothing to write it on. I hope Santa Claus brings me one.
I took a selfie the other day because I thought I was having a good hair day. But the photographs just don’t do me justice. They look just like me.
Oh! I just learned something today. I will share it with you. It’s the definition of liberalism. liberalism is: when you think injecting cows with hormones is evil. But injecting children with hormones to change their gender, is just fine.
OK, last thing. I have a riddle for you today. What do you call an alligator in a vest?
An investigator. Ha!
