It’s Saturday. I haven’t written for a month, but it’s simply because I was on vacation! I was in Alaska for three weeks and had an absolute blast. I saw moose, bears, went fishing, went to a wedding, and saw some old friends I hadn’t seen in over 50 years! I flew home without David because he wanted to stay up there another week. I could not because I had appointments a couple of days at MD Anderson in Houston. I flew all night Tuesday night to get home and did not sleep a wink. I got home in the middle of the day on Wednesday, but was too tired to drive to Houston. I got up early the next morning and drove straight to the hospital. Had an x-ray and an MRI, then drove to Courtney‘s house to spend the night. I got up early Friday morning to drive to West Houston campus to meet the surgeon. I decided not to have a biopsy because my tumor has not grown any in the last six months. We will just keep an ion it. I drove straight home after my last appointment and started watering our yard. We are in a severe drought . Yesterday it was 109°, but the heat index was 125°. I have not even unpacked my suitcase from Alaska yet. I slept like a rock last night. Most days in Alaska were between 55° and 60°. I sure did get a shock coming home.

I will try and write more a little later.
