12/8/23 My eye is healing up pretty well, but my vision is not coming back as hoped. The doctor is stumped and is sending me to a retina specialist. Again. My vision is 20/50 in one eye and 20/60 in the other. Unacceptable. I am getting SO tired of this. I had cataract surgery last March and I still can't see as well as I did prior to surgery. We went camping the week prior to Thanksgiving and then camped south of Houston over the holiday. We had a good time, but I caught a virus and didn't feel very well the last few days of the trip. I cut myself on my left arm and it got inflamed and bled under the skin like crazy. I looked like I had some horrible disease or something. My lymph nodes were working overtime and barely keeping up, but they hung in there and I finally healed. The virus, however, turned into a sinus infection and I was pretty miserable for about 2 weeks. Really wore me down. I still have a coug...
